Personal Best

So I've done it! I've decided to train for a marathon. NOT a half marathon like most normal people start out with, noooOOOOooooo, a FULL marathon. I've been running more frequently (I wouldn't say a lot) and I ran my personal best today. Almost four miles in 45 minutes. I need to improve my time or else it'll take me nine months to finish the marathon. LOL

I officially start training next Saturday with the Team in Training group. I'm super pumped. I've got my wicking gear and water belt. I feel sort of nerdy, but I at least won't die of dehydration. Cardiac arrest? Maybe, but I'll at least have plenty of water.
