It's ok. There's always tomorrow.

Now the husband has flu. blegh...
I've packed a bag and have a plan to go to the gym tomorrow. The workout plan:
1. one mile run
2. lower body work (I need to strengthen by glutes)
3. 10 minute run
4. pray to God that I have it together enough to drive myself home
