Ok, so I ran (and walked) my first 5K. Yes, for the record, I almost vomited. KIDDING
My body doesn't hurt as badly as I thought it would. I meet my BFF for a workout tomorrow morning. I ate so much garbage today and feel super gross. Amazing what a few days of healthy eating can do to your body. I feel sooooooo much better without rolls and food ladled in gravy. My sister wants me to run a 5K in January, but I'm not sure if I'll be ready for that. I'll just need to get the info and then decide. What do you think?
