My body is about to fall apart. I went to cross train and now I can't move a muscle. I'm not sure how I'm going to run 6 miles tomorrow. I'll figure it out, but man am I sore. We run at Landa Park. I'm using my fluid belt tomorrow. I'm not sure I'll like it, but I'll give it a shot. I'm actually thinking more along the lines of a camel back, but I hear it adds weight to your running.
